Lauren is a healing presence, essence channel, therapist and artist honoring innate intuitive senses in celebration of heart open awareness. She guides (english | swedish) from two decades of professional engagement in health care within therapeutic practice, scientific exploration of consciousness, existence, existential health and digital technologies.

Lauren's dedication is about inspiring our living human senses in authentic and intuitively guided meetings. She places her loving attention on nurturing health and spirit in communion with life and beyond.

Hyperborea holds the meaning of an ancient, mythical and upotian land by the sea, north of the northern wind. Lauren weaves this with healing of hyper realities in creation of solid and true ground from within, beyond abstractions of unbalanced or
restricted consciousness.

She contributes from depth of life and practical healing knowledge from multitudes of paradigms. Based on modern understandings from health sciences and ancient wisdoms alike.

Her substantial experience with clients includes work in relation to trauma, depression, anxiety, negative stress, eating disorders, neurocomplexity, OCD, self harm, suicidal pull, family systems, meaning creation, inner strength, existential health, emotional intimacy, belonging and more.

Lauren offers healing in regard to entanglements of suffering, contemporary digital technology and other collective wounds - while supporting ways of loving futures.

She is inspired and works with meditative practices, consciousness expansion, transformation, compassion focused therapy (CFT), attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), spiritual values and tools.

Meeting Lauren entails connecting with a strong ethical and spiritual compass, deep presence and great clarity.

Individual meetings

By holding space and place for individual uniqueness we invite vivid deepening and strengthening of being here now, as creation creating. We identify and work with both hindrances and possibilities for full and fulfilling presence in touch with life. Individual meetings run one hour and are held either in person at office in Uppsala, or when needed digitaly. Price: 2200 SEK | 200 EUR | 230 USD

Exploring themes, topics and elements relevant to individual flourishing, we meet in group and invite multidimensional awareness and creative flow. With each other and Earth, as we share and inspire our ways of living true vulnerable love.

Welcome to biweekly gatherings – and timeless recordings – of unlimited possibilities, inner authority and powers of sensitivity. Share your ideas and access your creative powers with community exploration of using the digital as a tool for empowerment while identifying if, when and how it confines existential health, and Co-Creation from this. Free admission.

Consultations

On healing realities and digitality, existential health and human life, consciousness and wellbeing with the environment of our time. Topics include health care architecture and therapeutic processes, implementation of wise design of digital artifacts, use of metaphors, deep issues of datafication and implications of 'AI'.

What can I expect from an individual meeting?

A first meeting with Lauren involves support in voicing needs; what brought you and what do you long for? Together we feel into questions and tensions yerning for awareness and healing within you. From this, a path emerges intuitivly guided and centered by your felt senses, emotionality, freeness and resonance in relation to offerings of perspectives, wisdoms, consciousness skills, spiritual relations and tools - with creation and holding of Sacred space and place.

How many meetings are needed?

As many or as few that are right for what you hope to touch with, leave behind or create. What this means for you will be felt, and support is offered to discern. One meeting is for some all that is needed for moving onwards more freely and keeping with more inner truth. For working through complex or denser issues, longer processes are usually needed. If your needs are for other or more than what Lauren offers, she also supports in guiding towards specific teachings or approaches.
